We visited this pub for the first time for Sunday lunch and it was excellent. The food was exceptional and the staff were very courteous and welcoming. Plus it is great value for money. The only slight criticism is that you had to give back the table in 1 and a half hours, and we would have preferred 2 hours as it did feel a bit rushed. 1st time treat here for Sunday carvery! Won’t be the last! 6 adults 1new born baby! 1little dog in a pushchair!Really enjoyed the meal tasty selection of veg! Good selection of meat! The staff had been really accommodating by putting us out of the way of passing customers! Good value for money! So nice to be welcome into a dog friendly pub!Thankyou!

Came here for a Saturday night meal with friends, staff were lovely friendly and welcoming, the food was great excellent flavour I had the belly pork, others had pie of the day and steak and none of us were disappointed, we all had dessert and again the presentation and portion size was spot on. Great value and happy to recommend
