The dirtiest toilets I've ever seen. Staff go in and use the toilets then clean their hands in filthy sinks. This KFC would never pass food standards. Floors and walls covered in urine, and the smell was awful. Staff said ‘they checked them this morning’ clearly they didn't. Staff said they dont use the public toilets but expect paying customers too. They could hardly speak a word of English. Terrible response. Will be reporting to the food standards agency. I'm a frequent customer at Long Eaton KFC, and I had another unpleasant experience today. For the second time, a female staff member displayed poor customer service when I requested two extra mayonnaises. She seemed unwilling and even spoke in Urdu/Hindi while discussing the matter with her supervisor. I suggest hiring staff with better customer service skills.

Ordered a boneless banquet it arrived quick but it were terrible. Chips undercooked and soggy, Portion sizes were misleading- Small popcorn chicken was made out to be decently sized in pictures but turned out to be tiny, and although I quite clearly ordered a drink it didn’t arrive with my order. Waste of £10
