Overall its a good McDonald's. Occasionally they do get the order wrong. They could do with sweeping the floor more inside, that's not to say it doesn't feel clean. It's just little things that make it loose the the extra star. I think no matter where you go there's always a little extra that can be done. The food is good and if you say something is wrong they are very quick to replace for you.
Great McDonald's, the food was hot & the service really quick. Staff very pleasant too. This is the 3rd time at this particular McDonald's & each visit we've had hot food. This is a 1st. We'll done McDonald's Matlock ?Parking: Only downside with the carpark is for such a huge car park there are only 2 disabled spaces.

Well prepared food hot and tasty, used 'Click & Serve' for the first time i.e. parked car in a numbered bay, ordered on the Mc'D's App and food was delivered to the car, works well reasonably quickly but could be governed by business of restaurant.Parking: 'Click & Serve' bays a great idea.
