Visited before watching the Matlock illuminations, considering the fish bar was full there wasn’t a queue and we were served very efficiently. One lady took the order and another served the food. As soon as we had paid for the food, it was there waiting for us. The food was piping hot and fish batter was lovely and crisp. The chips were very well cooked too and not at all greasy. Great all round customer service, hospitality at its best, Chris, Rachel & all staff very friendly, courteous, polite, restaurant very clean & tidy inc rest rooms, well lit, food arrived in a timely manner, quality & quantity great, nicely cooked & presented, 10/10, highly recommended & would go again.
