Came to Pizza Express for a bite to eat after some time hitting the shops. We must say, Lucy is the most caring and down to earth waitress we have ever been greeted by. She elevated the experience by being so bubbly and chatty which was great to see. First time going out to eat right after New year. The welcome was warm and friendly, we didn't have to wait. Our server Amber was incredibly friendly and kind. We had a few issues with our drinks as low in stock after New Year. Amber went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food itself es was really tasty there were so many vegan options. Dined in your restaurant the other day, had great service and delicious food! Was promptly seated by the female manager, believe her name was Lucy. She went over the menu with us and offered to get us drinks to start us off and some great recommendations! Overall a really lovely and inviting experience:)
