Always popular, reasonably priced and nice staff.Second time here. The first time I had a large carvery (really struggled to finish it) and the second time a regular which is still a mammoth feast. I wouldn’t both with the £1.80 upgrade to go large.The children’s meal includes a pudding any daughter was so full she couldn’t manage a pudding ?
Just plain basic, 11 of us went. They had no turkey at the carvery, puds like rubber as was the beef and not much taste to everything else apart from the gammon which was at least good. Had no pepperoni pizzas so my son went with the BBQ chicken, major BBQ overload, he ate 1 slice and left the rest, after tasting it I agreed. Fair to say I won't be going back soon unfortunately

We had booked at table and was greeted well, drinks came and was absolutely perfect was quick. We ordered through the app due to pub being very busy.We ordered our food and drinks at 1:15pm and drinks was delivered within 10 minutes however our food didn’t come out till 2:20pm therefore only had 40 minutes to eat this and wasn’t able to order main meal or a dessert. This was so disappointing
