Having arrived in Wirksworth for a short break, we looked for somewhere to eat on our first night and found this delightful French biased restaurant. The staff were very friendly and made us most welcome. We went for the beef bourguignon and a beef burger. Both meals were excellent and plentiful. This was filled by a desert special of apple. Again, it's was very nice.We would recommend highly a meal in this restaurant. Good food, good service and reasonably priced.

Tasty, hearty food, and excellent service. Couldn't recommend more. Perfectly balanced tradition and creativity. The sweet chilli crab noodles was like having G Ramsay as my uni flatmate. Best meal out in long time.
