The attention to detail and the quality of the food was perfect, the balance and presentation would give any fine dining establishment a run for their money! Staff are friendly, polite and busy! A very friendly restaurant with a lovely menu. In our party we need requirements for a vegan. Gluten and dairy free and a changable teen, all requirements were met. There was even a biscuits for the dog. Atmosphere was welcoming looking forward to our next visit.

We had a fabulous evening at Spelt this weekend!! Our party of 14 were so impressed with every course we had & particularly with the lamb & aubergine steak mains!! Everything was delicious & perfectly cooked! Thank you so much for having us & even dropping off menus at the accommodation we were staying in so that we could pre order.
