42 Brook St, Bampton, TivertonWe had a fabulous evening at Spelt this weekend!! Our party of 14 were so impressed with every course we had & particularly with the lamb & aubergine steak mains!! Everything was delicious & perfectly cooked! Thank you so much for having us & even dropping off menus at the accommodation we were staying in so that we could pre order. Perfect service & correspondence from the booking & throughout the evening- thank you all!!

Exeter Inn
Road, Bampton, TivertonWe are visiting the area for a few days and we’re craving good pub grub. The Exeter Inn came up as a local suggestion and so we booked - it did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful pub with a very welcoming atmosphere. We had the set menu which had a great selection. Liz, the bar lady, was very welcoming and hospitable throughout our visit. The wine was delicious and the food was sensational!!! The Korean chicken burger was incredible! I haven’t had a burger that tastes that good in a VERY long time (if ever). It’s a shame we’re only here for a short amount of time otherwise we’d be back again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!!

Wimbleball Lake, DulvertonLovely setting at Wimbleball Reservoir... cafe shut, but kiosk open for drinks and light bites... lovely " ham and cheese toastie " bit expensive though, but lovely nevertheless.... so why not give yourself a treat!!!
