Very poor. We ordered on the app for collection, and when the app said our food was in the oven we walked across. Upon arrival we were told that our order hadn't been started as one of the items was out of stock, so we agreed to change, and we're told it would be 10-15 minutes for our food.15 minutes later, we were told that another item was out of stock and had to change again, but for some reason all the other food had been cooked and was sat waiting..Why did they update the...read full review

We Never got the food I ordered from them twice and nothing very very disappointed n anoyed ... and we tryed call the restaurant 4 times n thay can't be bothered to pick up the phone. The Worst experience ? won't be ordering from them Ever again!!... and be telling friends and everyone not to bother with Papa John's.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!....if I could I would of GIVE IT 0 star.N We just about managed to get our money back after some argument. Total Wast of time!!!!.
