I ate with a friend tonight - I had lamb starter and mussels main and it was beautiful. Friend had chicken starter and lamb shank main and said the same.Service was excellent and I hope it gets the atmosphere back- it deserves it. A good night.
Lovely pub, great atmosphere for a cosy drink. Didn't eat but menu looked great and food coming out matched that. Only downside was not much space for drinkers if they'd like a seat but definitely worth going

Food was amazing but we did ask to move tables as a big group ..that got bigger and bigger sat at the table next to us and we couldn't hear ourselves speak. Have been in a few times and it's only been the once but would be better if dinner tables were separate from just drinkers as it used to be. Would def recommend the food though.
