We were staying in Dartmouth and looking for a good, dog friendly place to eat and Brown's fit the bill perfectly. As it was a Monday evening the place was very quiet and we were offered a choice of two tables with plenty of space for our 2 Irish Setters. The very friendly waitress (sorry I didn't ask your name!) quickly took our orders for wine and food. Back at Browns for the first time in a few years (had not been to Dartmouth in far too long), food and ambience just as lovely as we remembered it!! Seems to be an entirely new menu, with great veggie options and they now are doing cocktails - had the weekly special earl grey martini which was delicious

A hidden gem in Dartmouth.Friendly staff and a warm welcome as always. This was our 3rd visit to Brown's Bistro and it never disappoints!Wonderful food, freshly prepared and beautifully presented.It's well worth a visit.
