We were in Stoke Fleming for the week in November and dropped by the pub 3 times for dinner (including a Sunday roast). Each time the food was hearty and delicious, the fire roaring, and the staff friendly and welcoming.This is clearly a thriving local hub - plenty of energy about the place. Love to see it! Hope to come back again soon.
Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast beef dinner after a morning of coastal walks. Staff were lovely & friendly & made is feel most welcome including our four legged companion. Well worth visiting ??

Great pub - staff and locals very friendly and welcoming. Ate here a few lunch times and an evening - everyone’s meals were great. Big Choice menu and blackboard of specials. It was lovely to be in a traditional pub and not be in a pub that’s part of a chain.
