Ordered food through deliveroo and they said they had no drivers but food would be with us shortly. After 3 hours of waiting the food still hasn't turned up and we haven't heard anything from anyone. Tried calling and it just rings for ages then hangs up. Unprofessional service and very disappointing. If you can't provide the food to the customer then you shouldn't keep them waiting. Chips undercooked, batter tastes very odd, one piece of fish was lovely while the other bit tasted distinctly off, not good when even the cat turns down white fish.Portion sizes so-so for the price, would be better if the entire serving was edible, not bothering with sidwell f&c again as I’m more disappointed with every visit.

It must depend on what day you go. Well today must have been a BAD DAY.Luke warm chips, a pie that was blasted in the microwave therefore the pastry was tough/rubbery. Sausage in batter skin hard-on one side, been under the heat lamps too long.Spent almost £20 and threw most of it away.Would not use again. Nor recommend.I try to be fair with my reviews and this is IMHO.
