New landlord and landlady very friendly and helpful! Plenty of atmosphere - DJs and live music most weekends as well as free pool on Saturdays! Have already had some fantastic nights in here since they took over and am looking forward to lots more in the future! Plenty of great deals on drinks too, best pub in Ilfracombe!

Popped in for a drink as we saw it was dog friendly. Nice range of beers, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Reasonable prices! Spacious layout, can imagine it can get very busy during peak times. certainly a place to book note!
