Fabulous Guesthouse in a quiet street in Ilfracombe. Jill and the rest of the staff are excellent. It has a lovely vibe here. My full English Breakfast was perfectly cooked and good amount. There is a hill to the property and no parking outside but other than that, I cannot fault the place. Clean rooms, towels etc. Also there is wine and nibbles room (called the Olive Room)available to the public where I enjoyed a ‘Sharers’ board (cheese, biscuits, meat(can do veggie) houmous...read full review

We stayed here the evening before our ferry to Lundy and it was a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient for the ferry terminal and a lovely breakfast before we set off. We also had a lovely glass of wine in the Olive Room the night before.

Lovely comfortable room Fabulous breakfast Excellent coffee!!! Good vfm Situated away from very busy streets - Car park only a few 100 yards away however good to unload car first - g to then park
