Really good food, all locally produced! Had to go when we saw the special sharing platter they were putting on for Christmas and was not disappointed. Beef, pork and turkey were all delicious, probably the best roast potatoes I’ve had out and loads of them. Yorkshires were proper, veggies were great. There was a warm welcome for us here at lunchtime today. The menu looked a bit more expensive than some cafés, but the portion sizes were huge! Take a look at the photos of our loaded sandwiches; one was nut roast with butternut squash, the other was turkey etc with a pig in blanket on the top. Really lovely cafe, delicious bacon and brioche roll. The butter however is not nice and the tomato sauce sachets are poor quality- 2 small and easily changeable points given the quality of the actual food is very high. Nice coffee too, friendly staff, good loos.
