Rake Farm, LoddiswellLovely cafe with great views and friendly staff. Chicken Shnitzel burger was so tasty and coffee top notch. Aune Valley farm shop next door to get weekends roast sorted and a great lunch here is def a winning combo.

The Ring Feeder Cafe
The ring feeder, B3196We had a lovely brunch and coffee here as it's a warm, cosy place with good decor. All the food & cake looked yummy and the staff were great. The adjacent shop was nice and the outside area looked good, although we didn't sit out as it was a bit cold & exposed in February. We'll worth a trip.

California Inn, Modbury, California Cross, IvybridgeStayed here last night. Just 10 mins off the a38 between Exeter and Plymouth. Great traditional pub, lovely friendly staff and hearty generous food portions. Across the road there was an honesty box with daily baked bread, vegetables and eggs. Petrol station there as well with reasonably priced fuel, stocked well and a decent coffee machine — at California Inn.
