Reviews for The Wolborough Inn
We had Sunday lunch on the afternoon of the Euro final. Be warned, you need to be hungry to eat a large lunch here and it's very reasonable price wise. This is very much a locals pub and within 5 minutes Tim the landlord has made you a local. I tried to book a table for the evening for the final, but no bookings. Tim said, if you come in I'll look after you. He was true to his word. Great pub, great hospitality. Closed on Monday so couldn't call to say THANK YOU.
This is a lovely locals pub that is worth going a little out of your way for (free crisps in bowls on the bar!) I chose Teignworthy Reel Ale from the three on pump before I saw the awesomely named Bucket of Blood (on gravity with 1 other), by 1 of my favourite breweries, St Austell. Shame I didn't have time for another, but my pint was pretty good anyway. Sporty pub too. Darts and a screen towards the back. Liverpool are the pubs team of choice (never mind, eh).

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, very friendly barman who recommended different drinks, and very knowledgeable about his stock. A great selection of bar snacks including home made Ukrainian salami and cured meats. Will be back
