I have always loved this coffee shop, but unfortunately my friend and I had a bad interaction today. The lady that was on the till was quite rushed and unhappy - I gave her my order and went to scan the app, to which she very condescendingly replied “You have to tell me you have the app”. The staff are superb but there's not enough of them, they struggle with busy times, they seem a bit rudderless, queues build up and sometimes I don't have the time, it's not your staff they need leadership, management, are you skimping on staff, because pressured staff leave and they are great . I sometimes feel like a bit extra but don't want to queue twice for ages.
