Absolutely excellent Sunday roast On our way back across Dartmoor and had Quick Look on trip advisor and decided to try this pub on spec ! We were lucky they could squeeze us in and have to say we throughly enjoyed the best roast pork we have had in a long time! From the presentation to the flavour it was perfect ? followed by a delicious panettone bread and butter pudding! Just made our Sunday ! Thank you ? We had a wonderful meal here last night. The prawns and scallops to start were superb, beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Or main courses were stunning and cannot fault anything.

We came here for a wreath making event with lunch and WOW what an amazing experience. So much effort had been put in from the host to get us all involved in making fabulous Christmas wreaths, teaching us all the techniques and providing the (obviously needed) elevenses - the lemon cake was delicious. The lunch that followed was also fabulous. We all had such a good time and I felt this was really good value for money.
