We have recently moved to Teignmouth and have already made a lot of visits here. Although the place always seems busy we have never had more than a brief wait to be seated, and almost always at a table with a good sea view. All the staff we have been served by have been friendly, even when busy. Really nice place and reasonably priced in Teignmouth. We were quickly visiting and found somewhere quickly. Good Menu and modestly priced, service was good and we ate upstairs with a good view of the Bay. Would definitely go back.

Shame the View is a lovely location on the roof but still acting like we are in another Covid pandemic .Queuing ??I don’t queue .Can’t reserve a table a table told first come first served .How is one supposed to plan a lunch out for 6 people when it turns into a dog eat dog scenario .In that event I went just down the way to the Captains Table and they don’t mess around.The staff were gorgeous and the food and the atmosphere were top notch !!
