Nice food, Gemma was our host on the 30th of December and I would give her 10 out of 10. Everyone who was coming in was all placed all around where Gemma was working and there was plenty of room elsewhere for them to be seated, but Well Done Gemma as she was running around everyone making sure everyone had what they wanted ???.Well done Gemma keep up the good work and your smile. We like staying at this Premier inn because of the convenience of having the Beefeater right next door. We take advantage of the Meal Deals. We have stayed here 4 times now. However, on this occasion we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We lad to send every meal back. We had Roast chicken and. Three of us had the fish and chips one evening and I can honestly say it was the best fish and chips I've ever had . The quality of the fish was first class and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend.
