We are an adult family of four who rented a lovely cottage nearby over Christmas and followed the previous occupiers advice to book a table well in advance and so pleased we did! Extremely busy village pub and understandably so, a beautiful thatched building with friendly staff and regulars. A great selection of vegan food, really lovely land lady and good service... The food was divine, the meat options made my mum really full and content with her choice, so I'm extremely happy. Will come again.. Thankyou. Maybe another addition to the vegan pudding options would be nice.

Our second visit and just as good as the first. A warm welcome awaits in this lovely country pub, superb food, cooked to order, piping hot, such generous portions and every bite was delicious. Great customer service too. Recommend booking as very busy even on a wet and windy day
