What a cracking pub, the village of Woodbury are very lucky to have. We went to have our Christmas works do there, party of 8. Great selection of food on the menu, great service, Lisa and the team, attended to us with a friendly welcome with efficency, in my experience that's rare, especially this time of the year, when all are so busy, but no problems for them. The pub itself has 2 parts the local pub with bar, with pool table, plenty of nooks to sit and socialise then a larger restaurant around the side with another bar with warm a fire keeping the local pub feel throughout.
The food came and was delicious, we had ordered the Pok Belly with a selection of vegetables, Steak with chips (cooked as asked), Chicken burger and the Buttered chicken which also came with vegetables, all delicious, everyone wiped their plates. So thank you guys!
Definitely will be returning.
