Good coffee, lovely food, comfortable seating area. Unfortunately on our visit we had a bunch of school children in the premises being very load. I guess they were excited about finishing school for the Christmas holidays so can't complain too much. Staff quickly dealt with the situation though.
Great and calm atmosphere, generally a good place to go to with friends or for waiting for something. (Had to wait for an hour and a half in there and they weren't bothered about it.)

Staff really friendly and helpful, had a nice frappé and the new secret one! Both were really good and staff were patientKid-friendliness: Staff really welcoming and friendly to children
