Fantastic and long standing chippy with quick service, friendly staff and tasty food. It seldom disappoints and always has the traditional available alongside some quirky specials now and then! Always worth a visit.Parking: Parking is on the opposite side of the main road but is often full. Tonight we had scampi, chicken nuggets with large chips to share.This is the first time in a long time that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Usually the chips are undercooked, pasty in colour and not very enjoyable.Tonight a different lady was doing the frying and the chips were excellently cooked.Just hope she is here to stay.
We were passing through Bridport during a ride back to Cornwall from Gatwick Airport. We fancied Fish and Chips .We rang Longs as they were the first to pop up on Google. The lady was really nice and said the food would be ready in 10mins. We called in and fish and chips were done. We went back to our car to eat them. What a disappointment.
