Pubs • “My wife and I visited for dinner, last night. Great atmosphere, with the bar being full on a Friday night. Decent drinks selection. The restaurant is fantastic and the meal we had was the best. I can't rate the belly of pork and mash enough! Incredible!!! Fantastic service. If you are in the area, treat yourself! Great service, great food, great price. We will be back ??”

Pubs • “We ate on a Saturday lunch for a big family dinner! Incredible food, fresh local produce and all home made. I had the pate to start followed by the sausage and mash. Homemade focaccia toast, rich buttery pate. Thick flavourful sausages and the mash was out of this world! Highly recommend. Beautiful surroundings, decor modern yet cosy country style! Pubs • “Really lovely welcome here and we had a pleasant meal with the dog. The scallop starter special was lovely, as was the blanche bait (though the portion could have been bigger). The gammon special was excellent, as was the fish pie but the sea bass dish was a little disappointing (all dishes could have been seasoned more). Overall a great experience, the server was very attentive.”

“Lovely meal. And a very nice place. Pretty young waitresses who didn't have a clue or an understanding of the menu. I ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon with my fantastic ravioli and after 10 minutes a barman brought a Sauvignon Blanc. When I mentioned I was told there were lots of red wines available but not what I asked for. Tbh..he didn't seem to know what I was on about.”
