British • “20th anniversary lunch enjoyed yesterday 5th November. Deep fried mushrooms for a starter a staple of the starter menu. We came for Sunday lunch and enjoyed a sharing platter of lamb and beef with really good vegetables and Yorkshire puddings. A extra side of pigs in blankets. Lunch was enjoyed and we left feeling slightly stuffed but above all happy with the service and especially the food. Sometimes in this country customers and services are not great but thanks to all for yesterday.”

“We sat out on the deck on an October lunchtime with the sun sparkling on the harbour. It felt like we had gone abroad for the day. We had the set menu for £22.95 for 2 courses with a fabulous cheese soufflé followed by sea bream with fennel and tomato couscous. This was my first visit to celebrate a 91st birthday and we will definitely return!”
