Visited the cafe on Wednesday and had a lovely croque monsieur, with a little side salad, then shared a coffee and walnut cake. Lovely freshly made food and this cafe is one of the cleanest I have even been in. We'll done to the excellent chef and waiting staff. Will be definitely returning
This cafe is a real gem ! I first discovered it when going for an eye test next door but so pleased I went in as I have visited a few times since.I went there with a friend today at lunchtime and although we hadn't booked we were given a lovely seat by the window. We ordered drinks and the turkey roll with stuffing , cranberry sauce, pig in blanket and gravy. It was delicious, very fresh bread roll and the turkey was cooked to perfection! Comfortable, airy café, with lovely decor and plenty of seating indoors and on the pavement. It was extremely busy when we visited, so not everything on the menu was available, but what we had was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Good menu, with some veggie and vegan options, and excellent specials. Plenty of drinks, including draft Peroni, and truly lovely cakes and coffee. Highly recommended!
