I'm not local but when I and some mates turned up to watch the rugby we were treated like locals! Staff couldn't do enough for us to get a table near the TV screen and adjacent to the bar! Fabulous little pub, wonderful atmosphere and a great selection of well kept session ales. Absolutely loved it!
Gaz loves this place, basically its his front room and who can blame him? Lovely local pub, nice decor and a warm welcome, but be careful Gaz's card doesn't work in the machine, so an offer of a beer is a broken promise ?

Great pub , bit of a walk from the High street but worth it . Looks nice , friendly staff , courtyard out the back & good drinks , it's a shame I didn't have longer here but I had a rather tight schedule.
