Pound Rd, Thornford, SherborneI have been here a few times and am very happy with the service. Great young lad took our order for drinks and food. The landlord was in and out delivering meals to the more vulnerable in the community but he took time to chat with us. What a star ? .Parking: No car park but we have always been able to park in the road.

The Rose & Crown
Church Rd, Bradford Abbas, SherborneCame here last weekend for a friends birthday as she had hired the side room with the skittle alley in. The pub catered for the event and the food that was provided was amazing (curry, rice, chilli, naan bread, onion bhajis and popadoms) all cooked fresh and tasted amazing! Everyone complimented the food. Service from the whole team was great, all very personable and couldn’t fault them. Enjoyed the skittle alley, as being from up North we don’t have them here! It’s a shame it’s a 4hour drive down or we would be back at the pub all the time! Next time we come to visit we will return. A lovely evening, thanks all
