Great location, the apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. It was situated above the Black Horse pub. There was no noise issues from the pub or the surrounding area. It is situated just off the Main Street a 2 minute walk away from bars, cafes, shops etc. A welcome pack was left for us which contained milk,bread,butter and a pack of biscuits which was very thoughtful. We arrived at the accommodation to be greeted by a lovely welcome pack. We stayed in Raby and were impressed by the space and amenities. My brother in law was particularly fond of people watching from the living room window. A comfortable and very reasonable way to enjoy Barnard Castle and surrounding area. We also enjoyed having a drink in the bar downstairs. Very handily situated. Will definitely return and can highly recommend to anyone.
