Lush food, nice beer and great place, dog friendly and staff were canny :)I had the buffalo cauliflower and it was lush! Mrs. Had the burger and was not disappointed. Menu a little limited but what they do do the do right! Really nice place xxx
We celebrated my husbands birthday here with friends. Started with a hike around the local area (which is so beautiful) then food and drinks at The Crown. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Food is just amazing and the laid back atmosphere is perfect. Would highly recommend this place for couples and families. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Came to the Crown from neighbouring Middleton-in-Tees after having read in our welcome pack at the holiday cottage that they do a good roast, they were not wrong! I had the chicken and my partner had the multi meat option. All meats cooked perfectly! The flavours were lovely, and there was just enough of everything, we went away full. Definitely be interested to see what their Friday and Saturday menus are like.Dog friendly too which was an added bonus.
