a lot of people slate this pub however it not as bad as people make it out to be at all im a carer for people with disabilities my friend who I help support goes there every Saturday night without fail he has a disability and has suffered awful bullying issues the astronaught (the aggy) is a safe comfort zone where he feels safe knows everyone and is treat as equally as every other customer yeh sure there are other pubs however peter and avril have made that place a safe comfortable...read full review

The best pub on town centre. Mind there's only two. But wherever you going in the country. It's like the Bongo. They've all heard of it,and love the place to bits. The landlord and landlady are two of the best. Great place to drink everyone welcome. Idiots included with 1st pint.
