Christmas lunch food was yummy portions were very generous .Starter of prawns tasty .Main turkey with all of the trimmings.Desert of vanilla cheesecake light and very more ish.Husband said sticky toffee pudding best ever Service was really good
A lovely pub style restaurant with very friendly staff. The food is traditional pub grub with good sized portions (too much for me actually but I appreciated the generosity). We both had the seafood linguine (though it was spaghetti not linguine) and it was very nice.

Pre Christmas lunch.not a patch on last year's. No cracker or festive napkins. Strange broth couldn't find any veg in it! Main plate heaped in an unattractive pile.no sprout or parsnip only side dish of overcooked and soggy broccoli cabbage an odd carrot. Unattractive and non seasonal. Great Yorke and Christmas pudding. As always table service wonderful. Need to find a new venue next year unfortunately.
