As usual with Greggs, the Belle Vue, Hartlepool store offers quality refreshments and food. Friendly staff, prompt service and tasty food. Excellent porridge. If only Greggs would reduce their prices a little. Overall, excellent branch.
Give this shop a 4 star due to the food being hit and miss but the one thing that is consistant is the great customer service by all members. I must say though that without Sharon this shop would just be another boring greggs, it is clear to see she is the heart and soul of the place :)

Standard Gregg's, very clean inside the store. Because it's located in a very busy area food sells out pretty quickly!It's located just off a very busy roundabout and carpark, and access is a little awkward.Staff are friendly though anthed food is good. You can also order through just eat if you don't want to park your car and queue up!
