I visited here on Tuesday of this week and the usual queue was at the shop, after standing for around fifteen minutes and the queue not moving very far, I was about to leave and then the penny dropped that were two places to pay at the counter. The long queue was for customers paying by credit card and there was no queue at all for people paying in cash.
