“This place is a must for Sunday Roast. Staff all so friendly and helpful and food is lovely and home made. Wonderful ?Only downside is a very loud regular who gets louder the more he drinks and his dog never stops yapping either. Such a shame as he spoils the atmosphere for everyone else.”

“This was a very pleasant surprise. I didn’t even know it was there but someone recommended it so we thought we’d give it a try and I am so glad we did! We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. There was a good selection on the menu and we were given complimentary bread, dips and salad which was a lovely touch. The wine was delicious but the highlight for me was the lamb chops, I loved that I was asked if I wanted them served pink and I have to say they were fantastic. It tasted like holiday! I have already planned my next visit.”

“What a fantastic pub. The food was fantastic and very good value for money. Our burgers were the best we have had in a long time and the meat and potatoe pie lovely. It does themed nights such as pie night and steak night and is also dog friendly. The staff were very friendly and attentive.We will be going again ❤️”

“Visited on Saturday evening. Knowlegeable staff, free drinking water, lively ambiance. Liked the industrial seats. Coctails excellent. I am probably a bit old for this cool trendy place, but the younger set should enjoy it. I am a bit deaf, so found the background noise sometimes difficult to deal with, but I will visit again when next in Hull. Ask the staff what drinks they recommend (I did) and you might discover something new and highly enjoyable.”
