Fantastic pub, the atmosphere from the moment you walked in was great, the building and decoration just has to be seen.The staff were friendly and helpful.The food was all freshly cooked and tasted great.
Excellent Old Town pub with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere at lunchtime. I’d forgotten how much I like this place. Great choice of beer & my all time favourite chicken curry half-n-half on the menu. I won’t leave it so long before my next visit.

I eat there quite regularly as part of social events and the food is always excellent and good value in my opinion. I particularly like the fish and chips and their vegetarian options. Service is excellent and friendly, and the place has always been buzzing when I've been in.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Chilli with chips was excellent.
