Proper home cooked grub with a smile! Serving Great Newsome local beer. Very dog friendly. Huge portions I recommend the hunters chicken. A well kept pub in a nice spot overlooking the estuary. Bring your binoculars!
I have been here a few years ago with my family and back with just my wife now . The food is still fantastic, the steak and ale pie to die for and the Guinness was perfect . Each member of staff we engaged with was chatty and engaging. Twice we visited on this trip and had the same experience on both occasions .What a great local this would be!❤️

Full House on a rainy Saturday evening but food and drinks served with minimal wait and great quality. Excellent local pub atmosphere, really enjoyed dropping in. The view - even on a grey day - is stunning.
