Finally I ve got time to do my reviews. So, stonehouse, gave me a offer for my birthday, buy a main, get one free. So why not, actually they'd been doing a 50% off during Monday to Thursday, unfortunately I was unable to take up that offer, but, arrived Friday. Bought our drinks at the bar, and was advised to go through to the restaurant and get our table, in which the lady, gave us our table number, seated ourself and gave us chance to choose our meal. We went for Christmas dinner , first time we have used this place for Christmas ,,,table was decorated very nice with a small box of chocolates and a table decoration , the service was excellent , and our meal was excellent and worth every penny .. we really enjoyed our time and are looking at booking back there next year .. We have been to Lanbwath lots of times before but today we met Charlotte at the carveryshe really enhanced our visit with her happy smiling presence she genuinely seemed interested in us asking if we'd had a nice day wishing us merry Christmas and called my husband sir! That made him smile it's not often you get good customer service and we deffinatly got it today we throughly enjoyed our food too thank you Charlotte from Mr and Mrs kay
