Gorgeous building, wonderful reception staff and a really good room for the price! We stayed for our anniversary and requested a room with a nice view, which the hotel gave us - we had a room above the main entrance to the hotel with a view onto the grounds. My only criticism was that the curtains weren't blackout and being above the doorway meant that we were woken up quite early by the light and people entering the hotel, but it did not taint our stay whatsoever. Lovely place & will definitely be going back . Only downfall was I was tired after a late swim so wanted to eat in my room but no phone to order from room service...Rooms: Very big with comfy bedNearby activities: I had a day in Beverley lovely townFood & drinks: Breakfast was great with lots of choices and they also had almond milk that I only drink

Gorgeous location and building. Bedrooms lacked a working TV and mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable could feel springs. Checked out at 7am due being unable to sleep.Rooms: Very tired room, lacked a working TV. Be prepared for a long wait for a taxi.
