The Bear inn is a great traditional village pub. There is a lovely long front bar, and a back room with darts and a pool table, there's a couple of large TVs for watching Sport. The pub has an excellent wide range of beers, lager and cider, including three cask conditioned real ales on when I called in. The cask ale was very good. Nice ‘local’ pub with good atmosphere, didn’t eat but a good selection of drinks and lots of conversation. Tip, don’t forget to give your vehicle registration number to avoid a PCN

Great selection of cask ales and lagers, friendly staff, pool, darts, large screen for sports and more in the other bar, currently has a street food van on certain nights that comes to the beer garden
