Caroline catered a dinner party for my husbands 50th birthday, at a AirBnB venue near Pevensey for 13 guests. I have nothing but good things to say, firstly about the food, we had the wonderful Thai menu, fragrant, delicious and plenty of it. Everyone loved the food. Caroline came highly recommended to me by the property we were staying at and she cooked us the most fabulous meal!! We were blown away with the feast she cooked for us.We went for the Moroccan menu where we were served a selection of meze style dishes to start, followed by a Lamb Tagine or Sea Bream main, with Baclava's and chocolate roulade to finish. Caroline is excellent. She cooked for us at an Airbnb location we were staying at near Battle. The food was super, perfect service and Caroline took such great care and attention to make sure everything went to plan. Highly recommended.
