Outstanding pub, the new management Hannah and Will (photographed) have made some great improvements here. I visited yesterday, the first time for a while. The table I usually had now has two very comfortable leather armchairs which were shining with leather polish! Elsewhere the tables were all shining clean. There is a new menu. Excellent, family and dog friendly pub with outdoor covered seating area. Had the fish and chips which was freshly made to order and well worth the wait. Live sport shown on TV's inside and out. Dart board and regular live music and quiz nights.

Enjoyed a meal and bottle of wine after an early evening walk. Staff were very friendly and service was good. A good choice of wine. The menu has a good selection starters and mains including vegetarian.Looking forward to returning for some Live Music in the coming weeks.
