It's a Shame that when you order a steak and chips it states it comes with a tomato and flat mushroom. It comes with half a very small tomato and a tiny flat mushroom. For goodness sake the cheapest things on the plate and they skimp so badly on them. My wife had the lamb shank with seasonal veg . One stem of broccoli, no side plate of other veg. Mean is how I would describe it . Service OK, no atmosphere , dull .
My family and I went for the Boxing Day Menu. On arrival the atmosphere was good, bright and cheerful music played softly in the background but it wasn't loud. The table was very well presented with crackers and a Christmas table runner. The meal was excellent in every way, well presented, good sized portions and delicious. The service was also excellent. I couldn't fault it in any way.
