Costa is my regular go to place for hot chocolate. Tried this branch while on holiday and can only say how excellent the hot chocolate was and how friendly and efficient the staff were

I attend here very often and I am a regular. I absolutely love coming here and the staff are kind and easy going. My only issue is when sitting inside, there is always flies buzzing around without fail. It drives me mad having to keep an eye on my food and swatting at them when they fly over. It means I can’t do any work or read a book while I’m here. Please fix the fly problem

This appears to be the only takeaway coffee place which is capable of making a latte which is not too hot and is really thick and creamy. They always give you exactly what you ask for and are friendly, polite and work fast without making you feel like an inconvenience for taking a moment to look at the menu! They are always well stocked of sugar, stirrers and napkins and the seating area is clean and bright.I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through Hastings.
