My wife has been before and chose the venue for a pre-Valentine's celebration. It was my first visist and I was pleased that she did. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. The food was good; good enough to warrant coming again. (I'm quite picky.) My wife enjoyed the two wines she had and I was genuinely impressed by the tempranillo I chose - what a treat (and the cheapest red on the list)! A true gem!! We had a fabulous February Menu lunch with seasonal food! I loved the atmosphere, the food was hight quality ? and we were served by lovely service!! I hugely recommend and we definitely will come back again on another Brighton day trip!

Delicious food - really enjoyed the trout and cabbage + stilton gratin, plus lovely cosy but elegant ambience with great acoustics, exposed brick, nice lighting and music.the service was absolutely exceptional, especially Chella who served us was completely gracefully patient and kind.Would definitely come again!
