The only place to go when you want a no nonsense pint.No kids, no cappuccinos, no poncey gastro food!!!!The last of a dying breed of pubs in this town.Go in there buy a drink and just sit down and enjoy what you won't get anywhere else around the town!!!!!

Just had the most awesome roast dinner cooked beautifully and topped off with sticky toffee pudding. Reminds me of Christmas Day.Staff and service, Awesome, extremely friendly and faultless, first time in the pub but certainly won’t be the last.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…
